Is my order confirmed?
As soon as you place your order with us, we will send you a confirmation on your registered email ID. You may check your Spam or Junk folder in case you don’t find a confirmation mail in your Inbox. In case you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours in your email ID, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are available for placing the order?
We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. All online payments pass through our payment gateway, RazorPay, which ensures secure transactions through net banking, debit cards, credit cards, cash cards, wallets, and UPI. We also accept cash on delivery (COD).
When will you ship my order?
Under normal circumstances, all orders are shipped and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. In case of national or unexpected state holidays, it may take 3 working days for us to ship your order.
When will my order get delivered?
We fulfill our orders through our shipping partner, Shiprocket. Under normal circumstances, we take 48 hours to dispatch the order. In case of a national or state holiday, it may take 3 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, Shiprocket takes 4-7 working days to make the delivery.
How can I track my order?
If your order has been shipped, you’ll be receiving the tracking ID on your email and SMS. You may visit the link given on your mail or SMS, or visit [link] and enter the details to track your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We process all our orders through our shipping partner Shiprocket. For every order, we charge ₹50 for delivery. However, all orders for ₹449 and above are free of delivery charges.
I have received a damaged product. What should I do to get a replacement/refund?
We have a 24-hour return policy. In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, you need to contact us at email@example.com with an image of the product you have received and a description of the default. Upon receiving the request, we will arrange for return shipping through our partner. You need to return the product in its original packaging and condition along with all its tags and invoice. You shall receive your replacement within 5-6 working days after inspecting the order.
In case you want a refund, you shall be getting the payment in your Tea’stoy account in the form of store credits I.e gift voucher which do not expire. Non-food and beverage items are not eligible for refunds.
